Frequently Asked Questions

Booking, payments, visas and cancellations — the things travellers ask us most.

Booking

For international packages we recommend booking 45 to 60 days ahead — it gives us room to secure better airfares, and visa appointments in peak season fill up fast. Domestic trips are comfortable at 21 to 30 days. Europe in summer and the Maldives over Christmas and New Year are the exceptions: those sell out three to four months in advance.

A 25% advance confirms your booking and blocks your seats on the chosen departure date. The balance is due 21 days before departure for domestic trips and 30 days before for international ones. You can pay the balance in instalments from the My Bookings area of your account.

Yes, and a good share of what we sell is customised. Extend a leg, upgrade the hotels, add a city or drop an excursion you are not interested in — send us an enquiry from the package page or call the office and we will rebuild the itinerary and requote it.

Package prices on this site are land-only unless the inclusions say otherwise, which lets you use your own miles or preferred airline. We book flights on request and will usually match or beat the fare you are seeing online. Ask for a combined quote when you enquire.

Group departures run with a minimum of six travellers. If a departure does not reach six we will tell you at least 14 days ahead and offer you the nearest alternative date, a private departure at a revised price, or a full refund — your choice.

Payment

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets, all through our payment gateway. Bank transfer and cheque are available for corporate and group bookings — ask the office for account details. We never ask for payment to a personal account, so please treat any such request as fraudulent.

Yes. Card and bank details are entered on the payment gateway's own PCI-DSS compliant page and are never stored on our servers. We only receive a transaction reference and the status of the payment. The whole site runs over HTTPS.

Yes. Pay the 25% advance to confirm, then settle the balance in as many instalments as you like up to the due date. Every payment appears against your booking in the My Bookings area, along with the outstanding balance.

The price shown per person is exclusive of GST. Government-mandated GST on tour packages is added at checkout and shown as a separate line in the price breakup before you pay. There are no other charges from us — no convenience fee, no booking fee.

A GST invoice is generated as soon as your booking is confirmed and is downloadable as a PDF from the booking detail page in your account. If you need it addressed to a company with a GSTIN, add those details in the special requests box during checkout.

Visa & Documents

For most destinations, yes. Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Bali and the Schengen countries are all handled by our visa desk — we prepare the file, book the appointment where one is needed and track the application. Consular fees are payable separately and are listed in the exclusions.

A passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date with two blank pages, passport-size photographs to the destination's specification, and proof of funds — usually six months of bank statements. Specific destinations ask for more, and we send you an exact checklist once you book.

Visa decisions rest entirely with the consulate and no agent can guarantee an outcome. If a visa is refused we refund everything we can still recover from hotels and suppliers, minus the consular fee and our documentation charge. Refundable bookings are the norm well ahead of departure, which is one more reason to book early.

Yes — every traveller including infants needs their own passport and visa. If a child is travelling with only one parent or with grandparents, several countries also require a notarised consent letter from the other parent or guardian. We will flag it if your itinerary needs one.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel more than 30 days before departure and you lose 10% of the package value. Between 30 and 15 days it is 25%, between 15 and 7 days it is 50%, and within 7 days no refund is possible because supplier payments are already committed. Airfare follows the airline's own rules, which are usually stricter.

Open the booking in My Bookings and use Request Cancellation. That reaches our team immediately and we confirm the applicable charge in writing before anything is processed — nothing is cancelled without your explicit approval of the deduction.

Refunds are initiated within 7 working days of the cancellation being confirmed, and reach your original payment method 5 to 7 working days after that, depending on your bank. Refunds involving international suppliers can take up to 21 working days.

Tell us as early as you can. Postponement is usually cheaper than cancelling, and outside 30 days we can often move a booking to a new date for just the supplier rate difference. Inside 30 days it depends on what the hotels and airlines allow.

If we cancel — a departure not reaching minimum numbers, a supplier failure, or a government advisory against travel — you get a full refund of everything paid to us, or a free transfer to another date or package. We do not retain any charge when the cancellation is ours.

On the Trip

Yes, on every itinerary we operate. Indian, vegetarian and Jain meals are arranged on request at no extra cost — tell us when you book so we can brief the hotels and restaurants in advance. On group departures Indian dinners are usually included, and the inclusions list says so where they are.

A 24×7 number staffed from India, plus a WhatsApp group for your trip with your itinerary, vouchers and local contacts pinned. Group departures also travel with a tour manager. If a flight is delayed or a transfer does not show, one message gets it sorted.

It is included on our Europe packages for travellers up to 59 years, and optional everywhere else — you can add it at checkout for ₹899 per traveller. We strongly recommend it for any international trip; medical treatment abroad is expensive and several countries require cover to grant a visa.

Yes. Tell us at the time of booking and we will arrange airport wheelchair assistance, accessible rooms and a vehicle that is easy to get in and out of, and we will flag any part of the itinerary involving significant walking or steps so you can decide what to skip.
