Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated March 2026

1. How to cancel

Cancel from My Bookings in your account, or email info@raizadaworldholidays.com with your booking reference. Charges are calculated from the day we receive the request, not the day you decided — so tell us as early as you can.

2. Cancellation charges

The charge is a percentage of the total booking value, based on how many days remain before departure. Your booking page shows the exact figure before you confirm anything.

  • More than 30 days before departure — 10% of the booking value
  • 30 to 15 days before departure — 25% of the booking value
  • 15 to 7 days before departure — 50% of the booking value
  • Within 7 days of departure, or no-show — 100% of the booking value
Air tickets, cruise cabins, visa fees and some non-refundable hotel rates are governed by the supplier's own rules and are deducted in full regardless of the slab above. Where that applies we will show you the breakdown before processing.

3. Refund timelines

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval. Bank and card networks may add a further 3 to 5 working days before the credit appears on your statement. Refunds are made in Indian rupees; we do not compensate for exchange rate movement.

4. Changes instead of cancellation

Moving to a different departure date on the same package is usually cheaper than cancelling. Where the new departure has seats available, we charge only the supplier's amendment fees plus any difference in package price. Ask us before cancelling.

5. Visa refusal

A refused visa is treated as a cancellation by you and the slab above applies. Visa fees, courier charges and processing costs already incurred are not refundable. Applying early materially reduces this risk.

6. Cancellation by us

If we cancel a confirmed departure for any reason other than force majeure, you may take an alternative departure or receive a full refund of everything paid to us, with no deduction.

7. Force majeure

Where a trip cannot proceed because of natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil unrest, government restriction or the closure of a border, we will recover whatever we can from suppliers and pass it back to you after deducting amounts they refuse to refund. In many such cases a credit note valid for 12 months is offered instead, and you may choose it.

8. Unused services

No refund is due for any part of the holiday you choose not to use — a missed excursion, an early departure or an unused hotel night — once the trip has begun.
