1. Scope

This policy explains what Raizada World Holidays Pvt. Ltd. collects when you use this website or book a holiday with us, why we collect it, and what control you have over it.

2. What we collect

• Account details — your name, email address, mobile number and password (stored only as a one-way hash).
• Booking details — traveller names, ages, gender and identity document type for everyone on the booking, plus any special requests you tell us about.
• Payment records — the amount, method, status and gateway reference for each transaction. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN or netbanking credentials; those go directly to our payment gateway.
• Enquiries — what you send through our contact and enquiry forms, along with the page you sent it from and your IP address, which helps us block automated spam.
• Usage data — standard server logs and, if you consent, analytics about which pages are visited.

3. Why we use it

To make and manage your booking, issue invoices, meet the identity requirements airlines and hotels impose, answer your enquiries, and — where you have asked for it — send occasional offers. We do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Who we share it with

Only those who need it to deliver your holiday: airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa processing agencies, insurers and our payment gateway. Where a supplier is outside India, your details are transferred to that country solely for the purpose of your booking. We also disclose information where the law or a court order requires it.

5. How long we keep it

Booking and payment records are retained for eight years, as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that do not become bookings are deleted after two years. You can close your account at any time from your profile page, which removes your personal details once no live booking remains.

6. Security

The site runs over HTTPS, passwords are hashed, forms are protected against cross-site request forgery, and access to booking data is restricted to the traveller who made it and the staff handling it. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected travellers promptly if a breach occurs.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms, which is essential and cannot be turned off without breaking the site. Any analytics cookies are optional and set only with your consent.

8. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for marketing, or ask us to delete data we no longer need. Write to info@raizadaworldholidays.com and we will respond within 30 days.

9. Children

Accounts are for adults. We collect the details of children only as travellers on a booking made by a parent or guardian.

10. Changes to this policy

We will post any change on this page and update the date at the top. Material changes will also be emailed to account holders.
