I usually plan trips myself and was sceptical about paying an agent. Having the tickets and permits pre-booked saved us hours of queuing, and the itinerary was better sequenced than mine would have been.

We had done the standard Dubai trip years ago and wanted something slower. The Palm resort and the private yacht evening were the highlights, and having a car on call rather than a fixed coach made the whole week feel unhurried.

Singapore Family Fun — Sentosa & Universal Studios
Pre-booked tickets meant no queuing anywhere, which with a four-year-old is the entire ballgame. The MRT pass was a nice touch — we did the city at our own pace.

Four countries with elderly parents could have been a disaster. Every train was booked, every ticket was ready, and the tour manager knew exactly where to be. I would not attempt Europe independently again.
